this comic is taking a hell of a lot longer than i expected and i have spent a massive amount of time importing characters into daz studio. i have about 85 pages rendered and a fair bit to go still so it will take a while yet. see below for a few of the untouched renders for an idea of whats coming.

working on it
well that month went quick. got about 80 renders done now as progress has slowed considerably with extra effort being put into setting out scenes and bringing game assets into daz studio as models for renders taking considerable time. I have managed to get most of the story characters in the game exported to daz and even got some of them rigged for posing in daz studio like illusive man, chakwas, eva core, and many of the main npc's from the squad. it takes a lot of time to set up a new location to look something like I want it before I can fire off a half dozen renders for that scene and move on but it will be worth it for keeping a better game feel to the comic.

Working on a second
I am currently about 40 renders and a weeks worth of work into a new comic. This one will have a bit more character dialog in it and be a bit longer. Still about a month or so worth of work to do and this time Cerberus is the main protagonist.

release of comic 1
didn't take too long to finish and quite an enjoyable exercise, i was able to do the work around family time and my job. probably about 3 or 4 full days work involved and i think i will keep on going with more episodes as i have time. i hope those who read it enjoy it. link - Shadow of the reaper

so i decided to make a comic
for some time i have been following the works of a cg artist that publishes her work currently under the handle Project Bellerophon. i have also been creating art of my own for many years using the same toolset. so i thought to myself why not have a crack at making my own comic. now a short time later i am halfway through creating what seems to be my first foray into scifi comic creation. i have set my comic in the mass effect universe in between the events of ME2 and ME3 and have tried to use some of the loose ends and game lore to power the story behind it. the work might start off a bit unpolished but i am using this project as a learning experience to get me started. below are a few renders that are to be included in the final product but have not had text added yet. by the time its finished i hope to have something worth reading both in story and image quality.
